Q1: How do I subscribe to a Pacific Magazines title?
There are a number of ways to subscribe.

1. Order right now on this website!

2. Call 1300 668 118 between 9am-5.30pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday.

3. Fill out the subscription form usually found in each issue. You can send a cheque or money order, or fill in your credit card details.

Q2: When will I get my first issue?
Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of your first issue longer for bi-monthly and quarterly titles. Your first issue will not be the current issue on sale in stores and in some instance you may not receive the next one either it just depends which part of the month the order goes through to meet printing and postal deadlines. It always takes longer a little longer than you think!

Q3: How do refunds work for subscriptions and merchandise orders?
For magazine subscriptions on cancellation you will receive a refund for all unsent issues. Unless you purchased through a third party where the offer was marked non-refundable. If you selected a recurring credit card payment option you may cancel at any time and you will continue to receive issues through to the end of your last billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. For merchandise if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return within 30 days to receive a refund. Postage and handling is only refundable if goods are faulty or not as ordered. Refunds will be issued by credit card or cheque, depending on how you paid for your initial order. Please allow 14 working days to receive your refund cheque.

Q4: What if I bought a gift subscription and wish to cancel it?
Unless otherwise requested, all refunds will be sent to the person who paid for the subscription.

Q5: What is the currency that you quote and charge in?
All prices are quoted and charged in Australian dollars. You can calculate the amount in your currency by visiting www.xe.com.

Q6: I have changed my address. How can I tell you?
Email us at subscriptions@pacificmags.com.au or phone 1300 721 800. Otherwise, use the carrier sheet that comes inside each subscription issue - there is space to change your details. Then just send this form to our mailing address: Pacific Magazines, GPO BOX 4983, SYDNEY, NSW 2001.

Q7: What if I receive a damaged issue?
Email us at subscriptions@pacificmags.com.au or phone 1300 721 800 and we'll send you a replacement issue.

Q8: Can I get a back issue?
Yes. Please phone 1300 721 800. You will be asked to pay by credit card or else to send a cheque or money order.

Q9: When does my magazine arrive? What if it's late?
Monthly magazines are sent out a few days prior to the date it goes on sale in stores, please do not consider your monthly title late until one or two days after it goes on sale in stores. Due to production lead times on weekly titles these are only sent out the day prior to the date it goes on sale in stores. This means that depending on where in Australia you live your weekly magazine might not arrive until four or five days after it goes on sale in stores.

Q10: I purchased my subscription through Groupon/Scoopon and have a query. Who do I speak to?
In the first instance, please refer to your confirmation email sent from Groupon/Brands Exclusive which should include a unique URL and activation code. Please enter the activation code in the box provided. If you are still experiencing problems, please email us at subscriptions@pacificmags.com.au or phone 1300 721 800.

At Pacific Magazines we pride ourselves on our great relationship with our readers and subscribers. As such, we respect and understand your desire for privacy. We would like to take this opportunity to explain how we use the information you supply to us.
