The easiest way to update your details is by logging into your online account here. Once logged in, go to the My Account menu at the top right. From there you can select Update on the details you would like to change, enter your new details and then select Save.
You may also email us but please remember to include your full details including your customer number.
Your subscriber number is the 12-digit number that is used to identify you and your subscription. This unique number includes any preceding zeros and it can be found above your name and address on your magazine address flyer and on all correspondence that we send to you. If you don't have your subscription number and need it don't worry, click here to recover it.
If you paid for your subscription as a one-off payment by using either your credit/debit card, PayPal or cheque we will send you a reminder before the end of your subscription. Whether you are taking a subscription out for yourself or as a gift, nothing will be sent to the recipient unless the subscription expires.
You can check the status of your subscription and renew all your orders here by clicking on the Renew menu in your online account. To log in or register click here.
Please note, if you paid by recurring credit card this ensures your subscription continues until you decide to cancel.
We will send you an e-mail acknowledging your purchase; and if you have bought a digital or package subscription this will also contain download instructions.
Once the order has been processed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you as well (usually within 24 hours):
- It will confirm the details of your purchase.
- It will provide a unique customer number. This number is important, make a note of it!
For print subscriptions: Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of your first issue, longer for bi-monthly and quarterly titles. Your first issue will not be the current issue on sale in stores and in some instances, you may not receive the next one either it just depends which part of the month the order goes through to meet printing and postal deadlines. It always takes longer a little longer than you think!

For one-off Special Editions: Please allow up to 28 days for your item to arrive.
We accept all the following payment methods for one-off payments: Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard, Visa and Amex), PayPal, Cheque and Australian Money Orders.
We also accept recurring payments by Credit/Debit Card.
All prices are quoted and charged in Australian dollars. You can calculate the amount in your currency by visiting www.xe.com.
You will be required to enter the voucher code at the checkout during the purchase process. The Voucher Code field can be found just above the Payment Details section in the checkout. Once you have entered the voucher code and selected the Apply button, an acceptance notice will be displayed and your discount will be applied and shown at the end before you complete your purchase. E-Vouchers can only be used online at www.subscribetoday.com.au web pages and are subject to these terms and conditions.

For magazine subscriptions on cancellation you will receive a refund for all unsent issues. Unless you purchased through a third party where the offer was marked non-refundable. If you selected a recurring credit card payment option, you may cancel at any time and you will continue to receive issues through to the end of your last billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. For merchandise if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return within 30 days to receive a refund. Postage and handling is only refundable if goods are faulty or not as ordered. Refunds will be issued by credit card or cheque, depending on how you paid for your initial order. Please allow 14 working days to receive your refund cheque.
Unless otherwise requested, all refunds will be sent to the person who paid for the subscription.
Yes, when placing an order, you can specify the recipient who you wish to receive the magazine. The order acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to yourself following the purchase. If you have purchased a digital magazine subscription, the order acknowledgement email will contain the download and activation instructions which you will need to pass to the recipient.
Yes, if you have the email address of the recipient, we can send an e-card at the time of purchase or on a date of your choice.
Please note that if your gift subscription comes with a welcome gift, the welcome gift will be sent to you to give to the recipient or keep for yourself.
If you purchase a subscription which has a bonus gift included, please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the gift, which is sent separate to the magazine. If you bought the subscription as a gift for someone else, any gifts will be delivered to you, the purchaser. We are currently unable to send gifts direct to the magazine recipient.
In a very few instances we may have a gift which is out of stock, so we may need to substitute the gift advertised for one of equal or greater value if circumstances require. Please note that due to high costs of delivery most gifts are not available to subscribers living outside Australia.

You can request a replacement issue or a subscription extension by logging into your online account here and selecting the “Contact Us” option from the top menu.
Unfortunately, subscriptions do not include promotional items packaged with the magazine on the newsstand. To compensate, subscribers receive a discount price for their magazine.
In the first instance, please refer to your confirmation email sent from Groupon/Brands Exclusive which should include a unique URL and activation code. Please enter the activation code in the box provided. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us by logging into your online account here and selecting the “Contact Us” option from the top menu.
Monthly magazines are sent out a few days prior to the date it goes on sale in stores, please do not consider your monthly title late until 3 days after it goes on sale in stores. Due to production lead times on weekly titles these are only sent out the day prior to the date it goes on sale in stores. This means that depending on where in Australia you live your weekly magazine might not arrive until 4-5 days after it goes on sale in stores.
Although we will do our utmost to ensure that your magazine is delivered at the same time it is available in the shops (or sooner) it is possible on some occasions it may be unavoidably delayed. If this is the case, we would ask that you please allow an extra 3 days for monthly and 4-5 days for weeklies for delivery before contacting us.
If after this period you are yet to receive your issue, you can request a replacement issue or a subscription extension by logging into your online account here and selecting the “Contact Us” option from the top menu.
Delays can be caused by several factors including postal delays or adverse weather conditions. Even if weather in your area is not impacted, your magazine may be if it is distributed from an affected area. Please be aware that on such occasions we also experience increased volumes of calls and e-mails into our Customer Services Centre. Unfortunately, this may result in increased waiting times.
Please be aware that Australia Post has advised that due to social distancing and additional safety measures, there will be delays in getting your copy to you. This will vary depending on where in Australia you live. For additional delivery updates please refer to the Australia Post website.
Speed of delivery to subscribers outside Australia depends on the quality of service provided by the various organizations along the way. The following airmail delivery times should be calculated from the date the magazine is published and are approximate: Delivery of print magazines to subscribers outside of the Australia takes up to 15 working days (excludes weekends and Public Holidays).
All our digital titles are currently available on both iOS and Android.
If you subscribed via SubscribeToday, you would have received a confirmation email from us with instructions to activate your digital subscription, you can also find these below.
- Ensure you have an internet connection on your device
- Using your device, go to the app store and download the app
- Once downloaded, open the app, then open your magazine
- Tap "Sign in" in the top left of the app and then tap "create an account" at the bottom of the sign in box
- Enter your surname, customer number, your email address and create a password/hint – then click create
- When you see confirmation of your account being set up, tap "done" in the top left screen. You can now sign into your account using the username (your email) and the password you just created.
Once you've entered the information, you should then see the magazines issues which you are entitled to view. Click on the issue you wish to view and download to your device. Enjoy your digital subscription!

Still need some help? - If you are having problems activating your digital edition, click here to send us an email. Remember to include your customer number, magazine title and detail on the issue you’re experiencing in the email.
You can also purchase subscriptions to our digital magazine app via iTunes. Subscriptions purchased through iTunes auto-renew. To manage your iTunes subscription, access the Settings app on your iPad, and select Store. Tap on your Apple ID and confirm that you wish to view your Apple ID. Scroll down to subscriptions and tap on Manage. From here you can disable auto-renewal, which ends your subscription.
If you subscribed or are an existing subscriber directly through Apple you will still be able to access all your issues as normal. You will not need to login or need any new subscriber number.
Please note that the latest digital issue may not become available on the same day and/or at the same time as your print copy. If you have opted in to receive push notifications you should be made aware of when the latest issue is ready for download.
Your device will need to be online to download new issues, but once downloaded, you can read them without an internet connection. If you have problems downloading an issue, check your device isn't on airplane mode as this disables WiFi.
When you log in, your back issues will be available to download on your devices.
We apologize, but any kind of physical gift attached to the front cover of a print magazine cannot be offered to purchasers of the digital version.
After you have purchased a digital magazine subscription, you may download your issues from the app as many times as you like at no additional cost.
As soon as your digital subscription has been confirmed by an email acknowledgement, you will be able to access the latest issue. From that point onwards, you will receive all future issues so long as your subscription remains active.
Please note that you will not be able to access any of the issues that came out prior to the start of your subscription.
No, I am afraid it will not. But if you are already a print subscriber you will soon be able to take advantage of our special upgrade offer where you can add the digital magazine for a special rate.
Yes, you can. Select either the Print + Digital or the Digital heading on the magazine offer page on this website.
As this is a package offer any cancellation will affect both your print and digital magazines. If you cancel you will still receive those issues (both on print and digital) which remain on your payment term.
Firstly, this is for customers who have bought issues via the SubscribeToday websites. It is not for purchases made through iTunes or Google Play.
If this applies to you, please run through this checklist to see if it solves the problem:
- You should have been sent a customer number by us on confirmation of your purchase. Please double check you’ve entered it correctly onto the ‘Create an account’ form
- Make sure you’ve used the same email address you entered when buying the subscription
- Your password MUST be a minimum of 8 characters in length. It MUST also have a mix of upper/lower case letters, plus at least one numeral. Check that this is the case
No, you will not have lost all your issues. If you delete the app you will need to download it again from your App Store. Once downloaded you will then need to follow the instructions from the "I'm a digital subscriber, how do I access the app?" section.
