Subscription Terms and Conditions

  1. When you subscribe to a Pacific magazine, Pacific agrees to deliver a copy of your favourite magazine to you each month. The price will cover the cost of the magazine and all delivery costs within Australia. If you want Pacific to deliver a magazine outside of Australia, please contact us and we will give you a quote for that.
  2. For weekly and monthly magazine titles, it will take us between 3-5 weeks to arrange for delivery of the first magazine to you, however it will take longer for titles that are published bi-monthly and quarterly.
  3. Unfortunately there may be instances where cover gifts that come with an issue of your favourite magazine cannot be sent out to subscribers.
  4. You can subscribe to any of Pacific's magazine by:
    1. calling the subscriber phone line 1300 668 118 (within Australia only) and paying by credit card; OR
    2. filling out a current subscriber form (generally found in the magazine each month) and mailing it to Reply Paid 4983 SYDNEY NSW 2001; OR
    3. filling out a current subscriber form and faxing it to 1300 300 517 (within Australia only); OR
    4. following the prompts online at www.subscribetoday.com.au.
  5. All orders placed on this site are quoted and charged in Australian dollars.
  6. If you fill out a subscription form, please make sure you send a current one. If you send in an old subscription form, Pacific will contact you to confirm any new prices for subscriptions. Your subscription will not start until you confirm that you are happy to pay the new price.
  7. It is VITAL that the details that you give us are correct. Pacific is not liable for any errors that you make. Also, you must ensure that Pacific has your new address details if you move.
  8. If you do not get a magazine when you expect it, please call and we will gladly check this for you. However please don't consider your magazine late until two or three days after it goes on-sale in stores.
  9. All special offers on subscriptions (for example, a gift) will have expiry dates. This is the date by which we must receive BOTH your request for a subscription and full payment for the subscription, so please take into account that post takes time to arrive and cheques take days to clear.
  10. All special offers on subscriptions are available to Australian residents only, unless specifically otherwise stated.
  11. If you are entitled to a gift with your subscription, please allow 28 days for it to be delivered.
  12. Pacific does not allow you to use more than one special offer when you subscribe - for example, if you are getting a free gift, you cannot also use a discount offer.
  13. Pacific will be using your details in order to comply with these terms and properly fulfil your magazine subscription. Pacific will also use your information to let you know when Pacific has other special offers for our readers. If you DO NOT want Pacific to notify you of these special offers, please ensure that you mark the "Opt Out" box or inform the operator when you order you subscription.   14. By giving Pacific your email address when you subscribe, you are agreeing that Pacific may send you emails regarding your favourite magazine, as well as other Pacific magazines, products, services and events.   16. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time however you agree that Pacific may not give you a refund during your initial 12 month term (except on offers that are marked full refund offers). Pacific will give you a refund on your subscription after the initial 12 month term. If a refund is available you will only receive a refund for the magazines that you have not yet received. Pacific calculates this by dividing the amount you paid by the number of magazines you ordered, giving us the cost per magazine. We then refund that amount for each of the magazines that you did not receive.
  17. We will refund your money by sending a cheque.
  18. Please note that it takes us 5 days to cancel an order so you may end up getting one more magazine after you cancel. You will have to pay for all magazines that you receive.
  19. Pacific and its employees and agents will not be liable to you or any other person for any loss, injury or damage arising from or as a consequence of any act or omission by Pacific.
